Had a history of positive experiences with them, so when I bought a new house and thought somebody had skimped on the termite inspection, I called them first. Not only did Robert come out next day (and described in depth to me what I was seeing), but he walked my entire property with me (inside as well), checking every nook and cranny with a bright light. He advised me on a number of helpful pointers, and as he was leaving I asked how much I should pay him. I'm sure it was likely circumstantial but he didn't even charge me (again, your mileage may vary) for any of his time and expertise! He made the comment, "believe me, I'd love to sell a termite setup and a contract - of any kind, because they make money - but I just don't believe in taking people's money if it's unnecessary." What a breath of fresh air!
